Training Diary

History (athletes)

  • Search (title, notes, exercise names) and filters (date range, workout type, status, mood)
  • Mood & performance: mood over time, weekly mood patterns, session type breakdown (donut), streaks (current, longest, best week)

History (coaches/welfare)

  • Coach / Athlete Wellbeing dashboard
  • Wellbeing alerts: list, resolve, welfare alert history
  • Athlete grid: name, team, last session, mood, session count, welfare highlight
  • Athlete detail: coach notes (add/edit/delete), flag for welfare, mental health overview (aggregated only), Training Load, consistency, past sessions, session comments

Today (athletes)

  • Quick Start: routines or drills, reps (1–20), mood, optional notes, one-tap log
  • Log Session: full session with 6 categories (Routine, Drill, Workout, Conditioning, Mental Health, Move Practice), time range, mood
  • Coach Workouts: view and complete assigned workouts, submit with feedback
  • Today’s schedule: session cards, start/view/complete
  • Active sessions: continue or confirm completion
  • Parent Connections: generate 6-digit link code for parents
  • Log Personal Session (free days), with mood check and mental health signposting if Tired/Unmotivated

Today (coaches/owners)

  • Assign Workout: build workout (title, message, warm-up, drill, workout, conditioning, stretch), assign to athletes/groups
  • RECREATIONAL: assign badge routes, view certificates for recreational athletes
  • Manage Sessions: edit/delete assigned workouts
  • Session plan builder for scheduled sessions

Create (training content)

  • Routines: create/manage trampoline routines (e.g. 10-skill), use in Quick Start and Log Session
  • Drills: create/manage drills (title + up to 20 moves)
  • Workouts: create/manage full workout plans by category and section
  • Conditioning: create/manage conditioning sessions, exercise library (built-in + custom)
  • Mental Health: daily check-in (mood, reflections, focus areas), guided exercises (breathing, journaling, grounding, mindfulness, relaxation, reflection), private journal, support & contacts (coaches see aggregated insights only)
  • Moves List: Standard (verified moves by trampolining/tumbling/gymnastics/DMT, search, difficulty) and Custom (club moves; coaches manage)

Hub

  • Welfare: direct chat with welfare officer, anonymous chat option, real-time messaging, unread badges; welfare staff see inbox of all threads
  • Competition Prep: competition prep and resources

  • Athlete Goals (athletes): set and track goals
